My name is Arch. Eduardo Sanchez, founder of 12_RenderLAB and a passionate architectural renderist artist with a strong track record of creating visually stunning renderings that bring architectural designs to life.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with companies in diverse markets all over the world, such as Roselind Wilson and Onesta Design in the UK, The MG Lab by Marcy Garcia in Miami, Lindsay Biondo in NYC, with her studio Houz of Rebel FKA Get Decorated, Anchordown Realestate in Mexico, and many more. These experiences have not only honed my skills but also deepened my understanding of the diverse needs and preferences in the industry.
I believe that my expertise in architectural rendering can complement a creative vision and enhance the presentation of any project. Whether it's creating photorealistic interior renderings, 3d sketches floorplan, you name it and I will do it!

Almost 4 years in one of the best firms in Riviera Maya, with several projects from Playa del Carmen up to Tulum, and even a couple in Costa Rica. I was in charge of almost 20 projects from the start all the way to hand it over to civil engineers.
