During the last 15 years, I've been working across a variety of industries and gained vast experience in different areas of operational management as well as strategic management, where business strategies and business models were developed under different influences of macroeconomic and microeconomic (industrial) conditions, organisational structures and cultures.
With educational background in accounting and business finance and a decade of work experience I'm able to find and diagnose gaps and weaknesses of organisational business models in a very short period of time.
By combining this expertise with further MBA education and studies of Project management, I have a broad arsenal of tools and approaches that allow me to systematically resolve and rectify the detected gaps and problems.
