I was in the role of CRM Manager at Findasense, a global customer experience and innovation company. I have more than 8 years of experience in digital marketing, process automation, project management and data analysis. I am certified in Hubspot and Google Analytics, and I have a master's degree in marketing management and a diploma in digital marketing. My mission is to create segmented and personalized strategies for each client, using CRM and inbound marketing tools, and optimizing the digital product funnel and the buyer's journey. As a CRM Manager at Findasense, I was responsible for the CDP (Customer data platform) implementation project for a Mexican CPG, creating omnichannel experiences with CDP (email, SMS, WhatsApp, website) and designing data collection campaigns from primary sources. In addition, I have led the expansion project of UTEL Universidad to Latam, implementing multichannel campaigns and achieving strategic KPIs such as CPL, CAC, LTV and ROI.
