We are hiring professional and experienced phone sales agents who are self motivated with a fearless integrity and able to work from the comfort of their own home.

You will be calling a list of prospects generated through our marketing campaigns and other sources with a main focus to qualify, pitch and close business (B2C) for our online trading platform. You will be responsible for presenting the product, negotiating, handling objections and closing.

Responsibilities:

- Sales agents will be tasked with initiating daily contact with their potential clients via telephone and e-mail, introducing and educating these clients to our online trading platform

- Will use the provided database to call new leads for the purpose of developing new business relationships. All Sales agents will be evaluated on their ability to meet targets, developing business relationships and quickly producing results

- Job performance will be measured through a variety of related sales metrics. The quality and method of work must be completed in accordance with the company's core values.

We offer:

ftd 5 to 10 % commission plus on spreed

Requirements:

- AN ABSOLUTE MUST; I can do it attitude

- Good communication skills to include written and verbal.

- Superior listening skills.

- Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines in a high stress environment.

- Detail and follow up oriented.

- Minimum 1 year solid sales experience in B2C preferred FX / CFDs

- Native English is an advantage

- Some knowledge of economics, stocks and shares or trading preferred

- Additional European language - optional

However we are also open to applications for other individuals who display the following:

A knowledge of global financial markets; or knowledge scalping system

Previous ability to meet and exceed demanding revenue targets, including demonstrable ability to create own client base;

Existing relationships in investment sector.
