Magicmotorsport is an Italian company built on a long-standing passion for motorsport, our main goal is to provide the best solutions in the market for the automotive mechatronic industry.
As our products portfolio grows more and more, we’re searching for someone who will be responsible for:
• Collaborating with product owners and development teams to define and implement innovative visual designs for solutions;
• Executing all visual design stages from initial concept to final hand-off to developers;
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas;
• Present and defend designs to peers and product owners/other stakeholders;
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback;
• Establish and promote design UX/UI guidelines, best practices and standards with other members of the UX/UI community.
• Taking care for consistency of design solutions, recommending changes that optimizes paths and user interactions;
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in user experience design for software in both web and mobile scenarios;
• Strong scamping (rough sketching), visual communication ability and demonstrable drawing technique;
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or equivalent design tools;
• Ability to create wireframes and low/high fidelity mock-ups, using tools such as Invision, Marvel, XD etc.;
• Ability to work with development resources to translate designs into code for production use;
• Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies;
• Strong communication skills in both matters of business and technology;
• Ability to analyse complex problems and design methods to identify the underlying challenges within the company, project and team;
• Ability to inspire change in others (project team and client);
• Fluency in English;
