This is a performance-driven D2C validation project (German market, mid-ticket product €300–€400).

Due to the validation nature of this phase, only applications with concrete, measurable data will be reviewed.

Generic portfolios, aesthetic work, or general descriptions of experience will not be evaluated.

We are currently selecting 3 specialists:

1️ Media Buyer

2️ Web / Landing Page Specialist (conversion-focused)

3️ UGC / Performance Creative Specialist

What MUST be included in your application

I. For Media Buyers:

Market worked in (preferably DACH / EU); Product price (AOV); Achieved CPA; Conversion rate; Traffic source; Monthly ad budget managed; Time needed to reach stable CPA; Creative testing structure (briefly explain framewo

2. We are launching a premium D2C beauty-tech product in Germany (€349.99 test price) and entering a structured 90-day unit economics validation phase.

This is NOT influencer marketing.

This is NOT brand storytelling.

This is performance-driven paid advertising creative.

We are looking for a UGC / performance video specialist who understands:

• Hook-based ad structures

• Paid social creative testing

• Mid-ticket (€300+) product positioning

• Direct-response logic

• Data-driven iteration

Scope:

• Produce 4–6 initial paid ad creatives

• Develop multiple hook variations

• Create short-form vertical videos (Meta primary)

• Edit performance-focused UGC

• Adapt creatives based on weekly data feedback

You are NOT responsible for:

• Brand strategy

• Full content calendar

• Organic social media

Requirements:

• Proven paid ads portfolio (not just aesthetic reels)

• Understanding of CTR, CPC and CAC logic

• Ability to create variations quickly

• Fast iteration cycles
