We are seeking a Senior Designer with extensive experience in both print and digital design to support our corporate design team during a global rebrand launch. This role requires a creative individual who can produce high-quality, innovative designs that effectively communicate our new brand identity across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Design Leadership: Working closely with global Creative Director and Brand VP, oversee and execute various design tasks from concept through to final production, ensuring alignment with the new brand guidelines.
• Cross-Platform Design: Create visually compelling graphics for both digital (web, social media, email) and print (brochures, posters, swag design, packaging, environmental design such as signage) mediums.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Design Leadership (The Creative Director + Brand VP) marketing, product management, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that all designs meet strategic objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle, including readiness to make changes to digital and print artwork at short notice.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials reflect the new brand identity and maintain consistency across all channels.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform design decisions and keep the brand relevant.
