Online Operations Assistant

I’m leading a business in the Relationship Design space for high-performing professionals.

The business is growing, and the pace is increasing.

And I want to build it on strong operational foundations and not lose my mental health.

I’m looking for an Online Operations Assistant who can help bring clarity, structure, and consistency to the backend of a growing online business.

This is not a “virtual assistant for random tasks” role.

I’m looking for someone who thinks in systems, not just tasks.

You will likely thrive here if you:

– respect deadlines and communicate proactively

– take ownership instead of waiting for constant direction

– notice gaps and suggest improvements

– enjoy building processes, not just completing checklists

If you don't know me personally yet, I operate with high standards, and I care deeply about quality and reliability. I value people who take their work seriously, who are internally motivated, and who feel energized by building something meaningful. Also, while working with me, you should be ready to pivot, fail fast, and learn from mistakes. Those are my values, that's who I am and how I operate.

What doesn’t work in this collaboration is passive execution that requires step-by-step supervision at every stage!

I’m not looking for someone to simply “do tasks.”

I’m looking for someone who wants to grow, contribute, and make things better.

Initial scope:

• clearing and organizing backlog

• follow-ups and deadline tracking

• support with newsletters, webinars, and content publishing

• basic funnel and email sequence handling

• organizing documents and simple SOPs

• content repurposing
