IT Specialist for Professional Mailing and Automation Solution

We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist with experience in setting up and configuring professional email systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Domain Name Setup:

• Assist in selecting and registering a suitable domain name if not already done.

• Ensure proper configuration and DNS settings for email delivery.

2. Mailing Solution Configuration:

• Set up a reliable and secure mailing solution (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, or other professional services).

• Configure email accounts for all required users with our company’s domain.

• Implement necessary security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings.

3. User Access and Management:

• Create and manage user accounts, ensuring all staff have the appropriate access to their email accounts.

• Provide training or documentation for staff to efficiently use the email system.

4. Integration and Testing:

• Integrate the mailing solution with existing company tools (e.g., CRM, calendar, etc.).

• Conduct thorough testing to ensure email delivery, security, and performance are optimized.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in setting up and configuring professional email systems (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.).

• Strong understanding of DNS, domain registration, and email security protocols.

5. Terraform Module Development:

Design and develop a reusable Terraform module to deploy the professional mailing solution on a chosen cloud platform (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

Ensure the module includes configurations for creating necessary resources, such as virtual machines, storage, security groups, DNS settings, and email services.
