
We are looking for a freelancer to help us with the initial recruitment stage for several positions. The tasks will include:
Reviewing candidate CVs
Conducting first-round interviews in English (via Zoom or phone)
Providing a brief summary/evaluation of each candidate
Roles to recruit for:
Assistant in Accounting / Bookkeeping support
Handyman / All-round property maintenance person
Portfolio Property Manager / Real Estate Administrator
What we expect:
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Experience in recruitment or HR is a big plus
Ability to assess communication skills, professionalism, and suitability for the role
Short summaries of each candidate after the interview (strengths, weaknesses, recommendation)
