- You’re skilled at finding and qualifying leads: YouTubers, TikTokers, bloggers, or micro-influencers who’d be a fit for strategic partnerships.

- You’re organized, independent, and keep clear records of outreach performance, automations, and replies—without relying on paid placements to get results.

## You’re NOT the Right Person If:

- You dont know how to get results without any budget.

- You shy away from cold outreach or don't enjoy writing personalized emails that get replies.

- You need rigid systems and large budgets instead of resourceful thinking and test-driven creativity.

## What You Will Do

- Find and qualify outreach leads across YouTube, TikTok, blogs, and other platforms using lead gen tools like Apollo.io.

- Write and send cold emails that get replies—bonus if you follow people like Jon Buchan and know how to inject humor or personality.

- Use and manage light automation tools to scale outreach while keeping it personal.

- Keep organized records of lead lists, email copy variations, responses, and follow-ups to optimize results.

- Negotiate creative partnerships without needing to spend money—just by leading with value.
