About the Project
This is an open platform that allows users to browse and book classes from various yoga studios and gyms in one place. I collaborate with organizations that offer these services, with the goal of supporting small, independent studios. The platform provides them with tools to reach customers, manage bookings, and compete with larger chains — all while maintaining their own unique identity.
Each studio can display their own logo and class imagery within the app. In the future, we plan to allow some level of visual customization (e.g., personalized color schemes) on a per-organization basis, while still keeping the overall app design cohesive. This presents an exciting design challenge.
The app is already built and functioning. I can share screenshots or walk you through its current state upon request. The goal now is to take the visual and user experience to the next level.
Scope of Work
1. Logo Design
-Create several logo concepts (light and dark mode variants).
-Based on feedback, refine and finalize one production-ready version.
-Logo should reflect the platform’s values: community, movement, accessibility, and flexibility.
-The logo must work across web and app environments.
2. General UI Design Direction
-Deliver visual direction for the app’s interface, including: Layout ideas, Color, palette for light & dark modes
Typography
Component styling
-Focus on using open-source, developer-friendly UI libraries (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Ionic) for easier implementation and scalability.
-Design should support the concept of different studios having slight visual personalization without breaking overall consistency.
-Final output should offer clarity on how to continue development of a modern, responsive UI
3. Furter collaboration on specific parts of development.
