B2B Growth Strategist & Lead Gen Expert | Food Export Funnel (Scyavuru)
Project Overview:
Scyavuru is a premium Sicilian food brand (creams, spreads, jams) expanding into the EU B2B market. We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Strategist to build an automated lead generation engine from scratch.
Your Mission:
We need to identify, contact, and onboard two types of partners:
Sales Agents/Brokers (to build our local network).
B2B Buyers (Distributors, Specialty Stores, HoReCa).
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Outreach: Set up and manage automated sequences (Sales Navigator + Waapi/PhantomBuster) to target category managers and food brokers.
CRM & Automation: Configure a lean CRM (Pipedrive/HubSpot) to track leads, samples, and agent performance.
Funnel Building: Optimize our B2B landing page for conversions and set up a "Zero Bullshit" onboarding flow for new agents.
Sales Enablement: Organize our digital sales toolbox (catalogs, technical sheets) for easy access by the sales force.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B Lead Generation (International/Export projects preferred).
High proficiency with automation tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Ability to work with a "lean" budget focusing on Must-Haves (ROI-driven).
English fluency. Knowledge of German or French is a massive plus for our target markets.
Deliverables:
A functional LinkedIn outreach machine.
A structured CRM with a clear pipeline.
Weekly reports on qualified leads (MQLs).
