Android APP for image searcher

I'm requesting an app that enables integration of an Android mobile phone with Google Images, allowing to search images that are similar of those taken with the camera or that have been downloaded into the memory of the device. My idea is to use it as a way to identify memes and viral images just as Shazam can be used to identify songs.
