Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist

We are looking for a strong Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist with excellent English communication skills and hands-on experience across social media, paid ads, content, and online growth.

The ideal candidate should understand how to plan and execute marketing campaigns, create clear and persuasive English content, manage social media channels, run or support paid ads, analyze performance, and suggest practical improvements to increase reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and improving English marketing copy for social media, ads, landing pages, and outreach

• Planning social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X

• Supporting paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or other platforms

• Researching competitors, audience behavior, market trends, and campaign ideas

• Reviewing analytics and reporting what is working, what is not, and what should be changed

• Helping build a practical marketing strategy across content, ads, branding, and lead generation

• Communicating clearly and providing regular progress updates

Requirements:

• Strong written English

• Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising

• Experience with content planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis

• Ability to think practically, not just theoretically

• Good communication, reliability, and attention to detail

• Experience with Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, analytics tools, or AI marketing tools is a plus

This can be remote and task-based, with the possibility of long-term cooperation if the work quality is strong.
