Hi, I’m Victor Gondim. With 12 years of professional experience in graphic design—8 of those as an Art Director in Poland—I’ve had the privilege of crafting impactful visuals across TV, websites, social media, 3D visualizations, AR, motion design, and interactive art installations. Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated on exciting projects with industry leaders like Jameson, Unilever, P&G, BGŻ BNP Paribas, PKP Intercity, Garnier, Hartmann, Michelin, and E.&J. Gallo, among many others. Originally from the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I now call Warsaw, Poland, my home. My journey has taken me through Spain and other fascinating destinations, enriching my perspective and inspiring my work. In my free time, I’m diving into the world of projection mapping and interactive systems, blending art and technology to create immersive, dynamic experiences. It’s a thrilling way to bring all my skills together into one cohesive vision. I’d love to share more about this exciting journey with you!

On the day of the Pride parade in Poland, we stood by LGBT+ community to support their struggle for equal treatment.
A project to exercise the whole creative process of a brand. From the elaboration of the elements, Key visuals, and 3D Product visualizations. An eternal exchange between prototyping and application with many iterations in the process.
This commercial was my debut on the global market projects. And my first work on Publicis. From the very beginning, I was fascinated with the creative process. Humbling speaking this commercial had Hollywood techniques was awesome to be part of it!
This is my personal Branding project. It was an exciting and challenging journey to put together all knowledge I'm using on a daily basis for commercial projects, but now for myself.
That was my first 360 degrees campaign. It had a national wide range in Poland as PKP Intercity covers the whole Polish territory. It was a long-term campaign with an extensive creative process.
Yellow is a DJ school located in the center of Curitiba/Brazil. One of the country's main electronic music poles. It offers technical training for music producers, audio engineering, and event counseling.
To launch their new product Knorr approached us with the challenge to create BTL and Digital assets for their new Campaign. It was an exciting project because I had a chance to create the graphics in a Collage fashion.
Our actors were brilliant, especially the youngest ones. However, having kids' onset is often a challenging and unpredictable thing, our crew managed to deliver the commercial within the standards our client expects.
That was a little experiment to explore how far Blender could take me in product visualization, at this exercise with a hypothetical Smartphone commercial, the " inPhone".
