I am an experienced hotelier. I manage hotels, make audits and train staff. I have realizad a few feasibility studies for hotel investments. My other passion is quality evaluation using Mystery Shopping method. I use my own scenarios as well as given by the investor. I have realized over houndred visits in hotels, autorised car services or points of sales. In my spare time I write texts for websites or products descriptions. I am active member of recommendation marketing society.
