When I was 14 years old, I left Poland to study in the USA. As time went by, I got to learn English to a level where I can call it natural – some call it Native Speaker… Colloquially used metaphors became a common speech, and expressing feelings turned out to be easier in the language I acquired than in the native Polish.
Since then, and it's been about 14 years, I've been translating, interpreting, and speaking English wherever I can.
I have been an interpreter for the U.S. military in Poland since 2018.
