Sobre mí

Hi. My name is Maida Gragasin and I am a Canadian-born, native speaker, with Filipino heritage. I have a Bachelor’s degree, a TEFL/TESOL certification, and over 10 years of experience teaching English, Music & Art, both in Canada and various countries throughout Asia.

I am a highly creative, resourceful, and supportive teacher, who can create engaging lessons, and lead easy-going conversations. In my classes, I aim to create a light-hearted environment that helps my students feel comfortable practicing their speaking in.

In addition to teaching, I am a freelance painter, musician, and sound therapy facilitator. I am passionate about the positive influence music and art can have on our lives and I enjoy bringing these mediums into my lessons wherever I can.
