Hi, I’m Valentyn! I work as a Customer Experience Automation Specialist in a global company, but what I truly enjoy is helping people build smart projects with AI chatbots. At the moment, I’m leading six different projects on Intercom, and every one of them teaches me something new.

I’d love to help you shape or improve your flows, rethink your strategy, or even create a project from scratch. I can also prepare reports, run training or webinars, and ensure your team feels confident with the tools they use.

Besides automation, I play with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and I really enjoy vibe-coding — using AI as a creative partner to speed up ideas. For me, it’s not only about technology but also about collaboration and making projects feel alive. Let’s build something great together!
