UX designer for permanent cooperation (2-4 hours a day)

I would like to cooperate with a UX designer who could help me in my daily work.

I care about constant contact and regular work, preferably 2-4 hours every day, depending on the current occupancy and your possibilities. If you can't 5 days a week, and e.g. 4 will also be cool - describe it.
