Transferring ready-made graphics to Wordpress

We have a ready-made graphic done in Figma. We do not currently have the time to undertake the transfer of it to Wordpress. We are putting up a new site. We have a ready-made layout bought from ThemeForrest. There are 5 subpages to be transferred, 3 of which are large, 3 smaller.

We are looking for a freelancer to work with us on an ongoing basis to transfer the graphics to wordpress, configure the application itself and potentially ongoing maintenance of the site. Ultimately, we envision releasing 1-2 sites per week.

Preferred approach will be to agree on a cooperation model, such as an hourly rate. Please provide links to sites you have "sculpted" in wordpress. We want to evaluate performance, layout and RWD.
