TailwindUI - JS consultation

I need consultation on TailwindUI, Sidebar Layouts script

My question is how to get the JavaScript code from the given code to work (here JS is responsible for the development of the "hamburger" menu), I want to add that I do not want to use React or Vue, it seems that you can achieve this through AlpineJS. This applies not only to the given script but also other TailwindUI which have the requirement "Require JS".
