Simple allegro api script for editing listing descriptions

I need a simple script written in python 3, described in a way that a novice programmer can understand.

The script should retrieve selected listings from the account then save them as csv.

In the next step, based on the given template and data from the csv upload them to allegro.

Preferably a person who has participated in the development of the application for handling bids.
