Scraping the land registry database

Good day I will commission the writing of a land registry scraper.

The program should enter consecutive ledger numbers (from 1 to 360,000) on the website

https://przegladarka-ekw.ms.gov.pl

and the check digit, calculated according to the formula

https://ekw.plus/blog/cyfra-kontrolna-ksiegi-wieczystej-co-to-jest-i-jak-ja-ustalic

and then save the data, which will appear on the next page.

I am interested only in Poznań - PO1P and PO2P

Any technology, as long as an intermediate technical person is able to run this on Windows. Ideally, the exported file should be in xslx (excel) format.

The priority is failure-free, testing of the submitted code and speed - the program should allow to download the PO1P database in no more than 21 days, of course, a shorter time will be a plus.
