Polish marketing consultant for BuyEU.pl

We are looking for a Poland-based freelance marketing / e-commerce consultant to help us improve the communication and positioning of BuyEU.pl for Polish customers.

BuyEU.pl is a cross-border shopping and parcel forwarding service. We help customers in Poland buy from online stores in Germany, France, Spain, the UK, the USA, Japan and other countries, especially when those stores do not ship directly to Poland. Customers can use our foreign warehouse addresses as their delivery address, and we forward the parcels to them.

We already run marketing activities, newsletters, social media and paid ads, but we feel that our communication may not be fully adapted to the Polish market. We want to better understand Polish customer behavior, local expectations, trust factors and how to explain our service in a simple, attractive and convincing way.

We are not looking for a translator only. We need someone who understands Polish e-commerce, customer psychology, marketing communication and online conversion.

Scope of work:

- Review our website and key landing pages from a Polish customer perspective

- Review and improve our newsletter and advertising messages

- Help us identify what may reduce trust or conversion

- Suggest better positioning and messaging for the Polish market

- Help us understand what Polish customers care about when buying from foreign online stores

- Suggest ideas for content, campaigns and first-order activation

- Optionally help us rewrite selected texts in natural Polish

Ideal profile:

- Based in Poland

- Native Polish speaker

- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, UX copywriting or growth marketing

- Good understanding of Polish online shopping behavior

- Able to give practical recommendations, not only language corrections

- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, newsletters or landing pages would be a plus

We are searching for a freelancer who can work about 2 h./day with our BuyEu.pl project
