Animated video of a children's picture book (~70 min audiobook) — illustrations that come alive, hand turning pages

We are publishing an audiobook of a Polish children's travel book (9 chapters, 70 min of mastered audio with music). A warm story of a young girl who, thanks to a magical find, travels across the world: the Mexican jungle and Mayan pyramids, the Himalayas, the Trans-Siberian Railway and Lake Baikal, a Turkish bazaar, the Mongolian steppe. Watercolor illustrations. We are looking for a freelancer to turn it into ONE FULL-LENGTH VIDEO (70 min) for YouTube — the whole book in a single film.

CONCEPT (we have a working proof-of-concept):

- top-down shot: the book on a wooden table (compass, map, toy plane); a woman's hand opens the book and turns pages in rhythm with the narration;

- the pages show the REAL spreads of the book (we provide 300 DPI renders) — legible text and illustrations;

- the "magic" effect: every now and then an illustration comes alive for a few seconds (wind in the hair, a flying bird, a glimmering crystal), then returns to a still page; the watercolor style MUST be preserved (no photorealism);

- everything synced with the audio (we provide word-level narration timestamps).

WE PROVIDE: audio of all 9 chapters (MP3), 300 DPI page renders (PNG), 28 hi-res illustrations, timestamps (JSON), our test clip as a reference, full commercial rights.

TECHNIQUE: your choice — AI video (Kling/Veo/Runway), After Effects 2.5D, or a combination. What matters: a natural hand, a locked-off camera, legible pages, charming "come-alive" moments.

STAGES: 1) PILOT — chapter 1 (13 min) to approve the style; 2) after approval — the full 70 min film assembled into one video (smooth transitions, an intro with the book opening, an ending with it closing).

IN YOUR OFFER: portfolio (illustration animation / storybook / AI video), your technique and ideas for the "come-alive" moments, a price for the pilot and the full film, a realistic pilot deadline (preferably within 3 weeks). Communication in Polish or English.
