Development of an MVP SaaS Module (.NET / Blazor) – X.509 Certificate Lifecycle Management

I am looking for an experienced software development company or a team of .NET developers to implement an MVP module for a SaaS platform in the cybersecurity domain.

The project involves developing a new module responsible for X.509 certificate lifecycle management and integrating it with an existing web platform. This is not a greenfield project—the application architecture, authentication, database, and core infrastructure are already in place.
