Making intro video with short background music for the podcast

Hello, I would like to commission a video intro with a short background music for a true crime podcast, max 2 minutes in length. The idea is that this short intro should be a showcase for the podcast, outline the topic and that I can add it as an introduction before each episode.

I want a graphically interesting intro that will be associated with the theme of true crime in the USA.

After completing the task I expect the contractor to send me 2 finished video files - the first one up to 45 seconds long - i.e. a shortened version and the second one up to about 2 minutes long - the full version.
