Graphic design of A5 flyer for medical equipment rental company

I would like to commission a graphic design of an A5 size flyer for my medical equipment rental company. I have a preliminary layout with sample photos that can serve as a starting point, but I am counting on the creativity and experience of the graphic designer.

Requirements:
