Full Stack Developer - AI-Powered SaaS Healthcare Platform (React + Node + AI/ML + API Integration)

We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Full Stack Developer to spearhead the development and scaling of our next-generation enterprise healthcare platform. This isn't just a request for a Full Stack Developer, we are looking for a cohesive unit capable of taking full ownership of the software development life cycle (SDLC) within a MERN (MongoDB, Express, React.js, Node.js, Supabase, AI integration) ecosystem, built to meet the demands of a regulated, high-stakes healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead architectural design and full stack feature implementation using React.js, Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB/PostgresSQL across the full healthcare platform

-Develop and maintain secure REST APIs and microservices integrating seamlessly with EHRs, patient management systems, and legacy clinical infrastructure

-Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) with optimized CI/CD pipelines for rapid, stable deployments

-Architect and optimize MongoDB schemas for high-volume patient data, ensuring efficient indexing, data integrity, and compliance-ready structure

-Translate complex clinical workflows into intuitive, responsive frontend interfaces using React.js and Next.js

-Implement enterprise-standard security protocols including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, PHI/PII encryption, role-based access control, and audit logging aligned with HIPAA requirements

-Integrate core AI Integration features to process historical patient data and support intelligent clinical decision-making
