I have to make a project ( model for 3D printing on the printer STL file )

About the dimensions max height 21 cm the rest of the dimensions from the proportions

Something of this type + attached additional information ( this is a lampshade for a lamp so it must have a hole for the bulb + small holes for the outgoing heat.
