Creation of a small website (WP template)

Hello to all interested parties,

I would like to commission the creation or refreshing of the current small company website. Field: energy/industry. A paid (please include in the cost) WordPress template is acceptable. If the cost comes out similar, maybe it would be better to make the site in HTML/CSS + Bootstrap? Please make a suggestion.

The site is small and simple, informational and business card. I have a ready-made plan for the menu and sub-pages. Content I partly have, but some of it will probably be supplemented along the way/after the site is put up - probably some ideas will be born later.
