Creation of a simple visualization and 2d design of a single-family house based on a sketch and plan.

Drawing a sketch of the plan of the building with the correct dimensions and proportions which will be the basis for creating the final design of the house.

Additional information:

- Checking and scaling the building mass whether the sketch is suitable for further design work

- Redrawing the floor plans of the two-story arrangement based on the sketch and determining the area of each room.

- Creation of 2d views of each elevation in color with marking of external dimensions

- Verification of the location of the stairs to the 1st floor, possible correction of the floor plan design to adjust the stairs.

- Drawing the projection of the house on the basic map

- Visualization of the house on the plot in one photo (shot) from google maps.

- My sketch of the elevation of the house is not accurate, the most important thing is to match the house to the projection!

The whole order is aimed at preliminary presentation of the investment for the issuance of development conditions.
