Creating a bot on Discord that would allow people to sign up for an event.

I would need a bot through which I could create a description with a thread on discord

In addition, I would like the bot to listen to this thread after creating it and if someone gives a specific item, the bot would edit the description and list the player in question.

Ex:

If someone wrote +1.1, the bot would edit the description and in position one would enter the nickname of the player from discord in position 1.

If someone wrote -1.1, the bot would edit the description and remove that player from the list.
