API - export data to XML from Shopify system

We have an online store on Shopify system we need to connect to the database of products and collections.
Connect through:
We need to create an XML file with data from the store (products and collections).
We currently have a script prepared on the server in JAVA that generates the data for us, but it still lacks other information and we have no contact with the developer of the application.
The order can consist of preparing the application from scratch or reworking what is already in JAVA - we have access to all the files.
The generated file is at https://feed.naoko-store.pl/salesmanago/feed.xml
It is missing some important information for us.
