3D modeling/rendering + interior visualizations - schools, locker rooms, offices, clinics, offices, workshops, home

I am looking for a talented 3D graphic designer for a long-term cooperation, who will create a series of commercial and domestic interiors and place furniture in them. These will be mainly metal cabinets with uncomplicated, simple solids, for which I do not have 3D models - only photos to build them.

I depend on photorealistic visualizations - good textures and lighting.

The final files I need from a given project (one project is one scene) are two horizontal shots, two vertical shots, and one-two shots with close-ups of the cabinet details (safe, drawers, handle - something that shows the features of the furniture).

The split between horizontal and vertical shots is due to the specifics of such shots and the needs for specific channels. Vertical is needed on social media and there the furniture is mainly to be a feature of the entire room, suggesting its use. Horizontal shots will be used to create infographics indicating the most valuable features of the furniture and showing the dimensions.

I would very much appreciate a price proposal for one interior (and mostly two cabinets in it) and 5-6 renders, and a separate amount for each 3D model made from the photos. Thank you. :)
