  Szczegółowy opis wymagań aplikacji znajduje się w załączniku. Aplikacja webowa, która będzie znajdować się w naszym serwerze (Nie jesteśmy zainteresowani rozwiązaniami chmurowymi). Aplikacja będzie dostępna w naszej lokalnej sieci na naszych zasobach. Nie planujemy wystawiać aplikacji na zewnątrz. Logowanie będzie odbywać się za pomocą poświadczeń Windowsa, ze względu na to, że mamy wdrożone Active Directory i będzie to dla nas wygodniejsze. Z rozwiązania będzie korzystać głównie jedna osoba, lecz możliwe jest, że będą korzystać 2-3 osoby równocześnie. Wymagana będzie walidacja, tak aby nie została zdublowana faktura do zamówienia. Role w systemie: Administrator (nadanie możliwości logowania oraz uprawnień) oraz użytkownik (z możliwością wykonywania operacji na zamówieniach). W aplikacji nie będzie możliwości usunięcia zamówienia, ani pozycji na dokumencie. Wygląd strony ma być intuicyjny dla użytkownika, tak aby sprawie posługiwał się funkcjonalnościami systemu. W systemie może zostać zastosowany gotowy szablon strony. Lista zamówień niezrealizowanych oraz stany towarów (Jeśli istnieje możliwość, aby zostały pobrane tylko towary, które znajdują się na zamówieniach, to niech tylko te pobiera) mają zostać zaczytane automatycznie po wywołaniu okna z listą towarów z zamówień (okno opisane w V podpunkcie Działanie aplikacji) wraz z informacją, kiedy ostatnio zostało wywołane okno. Gdy zostanie wystawiony dokument zamówienia oraz faktura do zamówienia, to użytkownik, który wystawił zamówienie w aplikacji webowej, ma zostać przypisany w ERP, w celu identyfikacji. Przy realizacji zamówienia i wystawienia faktury, mają powstać niezbędne powiązania, które wymagane są, aby system ERP działał poprawnie.
