I've been fascinated with people, unique moments and images captured with light. My photography adventure started, when I was a student at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. My first reportage was published in the local daily newspaper Nowosci. It was a portrait of a famous composer Krzysztof Penderecki, who was preparing for the grand finale of the Pro Baltica music festiwal, back in 2006. This image was far from being perfect, I lacked the experience and was a young, slightly intimidated guy by the composer, who had to take an edytorial image. Today I would take different approach to this portrait. But I remember vividly that creative adrenaline that flew through me, I remember beautiful light coming from the large windows of the Dwor Artusa at the composer. This feeling is with me every single time I'm picking up my camera, and that experience made a huge impact at my creative path.
