I am effective, sales-oriented manager with over 13 years of experience in marketing, that effectively implements solutions conducive to increasing financial results.
I am currently looking for new challenges and opportunities to apply acquired skills in new areas.
My main competences are broadly understood, comprehensive product or product category management, marketing, responsibility for P&L, from market reaserch and assessment of potential, product concept, business plan, production initiation and supervision, market introduction, communication coordination, building distribution strategy and sales to stock management.
I have been working in marketing departments in companies with various profiles for several years. I have gained the most experience in the entertainment and publishing industries. Mainly in the area of licenses and toys (knowledge of procedures initiating the acquisition of licenses, fluent knowledge of license agreements, excellent orientation in trends and a sense of mechanisms governing them, networking). Recently, I gained experience in working with the retail market thanks to working in a distribution company. I am a manager focused on effective work, with very good communication and negotiation skills, a lot of ingenuity in searching for unconventional solutions, including non-standard business models in b2b relations. I think outside the box. I learn very quickly and willingly - learning gives me a lot of satisfaction, especially when it can directly contribute to achieving a goal.
Creating and marketing licensed products is my specialty. In this field, I have extensive experience in independent activities, which I gained while developing the segment of publications for children in one of the largest publishing houses in Poland - Edipresse. My greatest successes in this field are launching and successively developing a line of publishing products licensed under Turner's "Amazing World of Gumball" - including books, comics and magazines from covermounts, as well as license obtain and launching the prestigious National Geographic KIDS magazine simultaneously with the launch of a dedicated website. On the other hand the introduction of FUNKO figurines (including LIDL, Carrefour, Auchan, Toy’R'Us) to the wide distribution on the Polish market (including the high-range promotional campaign) was a great success.
