Wind Farm - construction phase a) Project Manager - Investor Supervision (Owner’s Engineer) b) Main responsibilities : - preparation and management of project schedule - preparation and management of project budget - contact and direct reporting to financial entities - direct contact and management of all subcontractors - day to day project management (making decisions and solving problems) c) Experience - 37 MW built (value over 300 mPLN)

2. Wind Farms - development phase a) Project Manager of several projects b) Main responsibilities: - management and supervision of realization of the project and cooperation with the team work, - agreements negotiations, - direct contact with all projects participants, relation management with land owners, local - authorities, utilities, clients and suppliers, - preparation of all required applications to external institutions connected with realization of the - project (i.e. Zoning Plans, Local decisions, Environmental Decisions, building permits etc.) in - line with polish law, - management and supervision over administrative procedures - preparation and managment of project schedule and project budget - supervision of its - realization, - management of due diligence. - project team management c) Experience - involved in the development of over 200 MW
