Preparing and training new moderators, quality control of moderator work, preparing monthly performance presentations and feedback conference for the team. Active searching and recruitment of new appropriate members, which contributes to team development. Answering e-mail queries from users, live chat moderation and Q&A sessions. Forum moderation. Managing and growing the community across relevant social media. Planning and organizing community events
