Job description

I need a specialist to implement a new layout for an existing WP site, and also to set up 2-3 new sites in the near future. I need a person who knows his stuff, and after completing the task, will also take care of support for the created pages. I am not looking for a person who can only set up the site on the builder, but someone who will also be able to implement and rework plugins.

Preferable solution

I would like the refreshed site to stand on Wordpress. The next two should also be WP, preferably on some kind of builder, so that later non-technical people can make simple changes, but not necessarily. Currently I am finishing work on the layout of the refreshed site, so I would like someone to take care of implementation and possible support.
