Job description

We need to implement online payments on the website of our foundation (https://varsztatovnia.pl/)

On the site, users sign up for the workshop using the Form Form 7 (the most popular WP form plugin in the world), which is integrated with our systems - we want you to complete the form, the user was redirected straight to the payment screen, where he could pay by card or automatic transfer

What functionalities do we need:

- the possibility of making the price depend on the URL from which the form was filled out or from the form ID

- the possibility of charging a 10% discount if the customer ticks the appropriate field in the form - if it is impossible to choose a discount on the payment page (validation not necessary)

- possibility of instalment payment (eg instalments every month) after providing payment card details (with the addition of an instalment fee)

- the ability to identify transfers (ideally importing the first and last name and the URL from which the form was sent, it may also be possible to leave the name and the name of the workshop on the payment page

- possibility of payment by automatic transfer and payment card (only by card in the case of instalments)

- possibility of returns (there may be manual transfers, but we must know the customer accounts numbers)

- the ability to change prices and system operation by a website administrator without IT help

We want the solution to be as intuitive and simple as possible for the user, and it requires the least possible action from his side -> Filling out the form> making payments on the website> thank you page.

We would like to avoid Woocomerce, because it is not adapted to the sale of services, and data collection in a way that we do (you would have to complete the form 2 times and pass through several screens, which is unintuitive). We do not mind the CF7 plugins, and payment engines like PayU, Paypal, Stripe etc. and other intuitive solutions (if they are safe and easy to use from both sides)
