Hello and welcome!
I am looking for a programmer to create a contact form on an ACF based website.
Currently on the page is a contact form created in NinjaForms. It works perfectly but I need to create a new form on a different subpage with custom checkboxes. It would be nice to keep the NinjaForms plugin due to the fact that it has internal JS that works perfectly on hover text fields. However, here I also give free rein. You can create it from scratch in PHP itself, you can use CF7 or WPForms Bulider plugin.
The form has 3 steps on a single page view:
1 step:
4 checkboxes (multiselect)
2 step:
10 chceckboxes (multiselect)
3 step:
Text fields (Name, phone, email, message)
