I will commission the development of a form with a payment option on the certop.pl website (put on wordpress).
It should be a form that will change some checkboxes depending on the pre-selected field.
Your offer should be to implement a ready-made plugin in wordpress or use another external solution and make sample fields instruct me how to add fields (based on this I will want personally) and connect the payment.
