Hi!
I would like to start sending permanent newsletters to strengthen brand identity (maybe later sales newsletters) for now we are focusing on expanding the list, combining its segments and removing emails that "litter" our base.
We are a training company - that's the most important thing and our e-mails focus on providing knowledge to users.
Currently we have about 5 thousand subscribers on our e-mail channel. We don't want to start a code of zero, we want to clean up the list and extract what we can from it.
We have a newsletter template, but we want to change it a bit (to make some fonts bigger and "fields" set differently. It would be nice if you would also embrace templates with adjusting to "centimeters" but I will explain that later :)
Super if you would help/help to embrace user segments, glue a message to which segment a given subscriber "should fall into", I would like welcome and fire messages (when someone wants to unsubscribe), maybe you could also suggest us best practices for remarketing. The topics are quite a lot however I know what I need :)
