Settings of mobile telephony through Zadarma so that there was one main number to the company to which customers call and from 10 to 18 is forwarded to my employee and from 18 to 22 to me, in addition, that there was the possibility of redirecting the call being on the line with the customer just by the employee to the driver or to me and vice versa (it would be nice if there was also an option to suspend the call and I will connect and consult with the employee at this time) < I read, that theoretically incoming calls are free so I would also like to inquire about this issue and possibly options that when an employee calls or me or the driver called from the main number (so that the customer is shown one main number) I guess that this option already paid because the outgoing call.
