I have an online store in Magento 2, mainly based on configurable products (color, type, type, etc.), it is currently implemented by the Advanced Product Option plugin.
I need to integrate with an external service via API (I have documentation) - for some products - i.e. some products will be configurable by standard options, and some by calling an external configurator that will return the selected data, and then they will be included in the content of the order.
A bit hard to explain, but the exact operation is in the store below:
Also from the technical side - it is enough for the feedback from the configurator to be included in the order, e.g. as a product feature.
From the admin panel side - in the product card, there should be a field to define (use standard options / use external configurator) - after selecting the configurator, I enter the product address / ID from the configurator as a text field.
I am eager to establish longer cooperation - because this is just the beginning of the implementation.
