Job description
1 Increase in tab 1: Application and tab 3 Report: list of participants from 12 to 50 lines
(when entering data in tab I, the data moves to tab II)
2. each participant also has the number of hours added in their name window, which at the bottom adds up all together/team to 50 people.
3. In the application and report two fields to indicate what insurance was taken 1/3 options.
4. adding the content of two statements (move tags from the Application to the Report.
